Nicole was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. At age eight, she joined Georgia Dance Conservatory’s pre-professional company Georgia Metropolitan Dance Theatre (formerly known as Ruth Mitchel Dance Theatre). She received a Bachelor of Art in Dance Performance at Kennesaw State University, where she had the opportunity to perform with Laurie Stalling’s GloATL. Throughout and after college, Nicole taught ballet, pointe, jazz and hip-hop from ages 3 to 17 at the Georgia Dance Conservatory. After college, Nicole received her Masters of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Georgia State University and hopes to merge her education and nonprofit experience in the future. Currently, Nicole is the Dance Director at Barber Middle School where she teaches 6th, 7th, and 8th grade as a part of the fine arts curriculum for the Cobb County Schools District. Yearly, the dancers perform at the Taste of Acworth, Santa’s Arrival, Disney and other various events within the Acworth community. She is thankful to still be a part of the Georgia Dance Conservatory family and attributes her foundation and success to the school.
