Michelle’s training began more than 30 years ago when she stepped foot in her first ballet class.  A love of dance led her to pursue a passion for personal fitness, and she began teaching group fitness classes about 6 years ago.

She holds certifications in group fitness instruction, strength training, dance fitness, Beyond Barre™ and BUTI© Yoga.  She enhances her teaching knowledge and techniques by attending continuing education courses and fitness/wellness conventions and is in constant pursuit of the perfect playlist.
