Adult ballet is a class in which you can leave your busy lives behind for a brief moment to relax, breathe deeply, stretch, and rejoice in moving to music. It will lift your spirits!

GDC’s Adult Ballet classes are geared for intermediate and advanced level dancers with previous ballet dance experience. These are drop-in, come when you can classes with no commitment or contract. Pay by the class ($18) or purchase a 10 class card ($150). We always welcome new dancers to our classes. We work hard, but our focus is to relieve stress and increase strength. Not sure if the class is the right fit for you? Your first class is free, so stop by and give us a try!
