Notify GDC of a Possible / Positive COVID-19 Infection
Due to the nature of dance and the inherent risk in participating in a group physical activity indoors, any dancer in the same class grouping with another dancer diagnosed with COVID-19 will be considered a close contact at GDC.
Please fill out the appropriate forms below to help isolate a possible infection.
